- Prepare of Chicken drumsticks.
- Prepare of /2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste.
- You need of Hung curd.
- It's of Green chilli paste.
- It's of /2 tbsp Coriander powder.
- Prepare of Cumin powder.
- You need of Kashmiri laal mirch.
- You need of Javitri powder.
- Prepare of Salt.
- It's of Garam masala.
- Prepare of sugar.

- Apply one tbsp lemon juice & salt over the chicken and set aside for half an hour..
- In a mixing bowl add the ginger garlick paste and all the ingridients & mix it well..
- Rub this mixture over the chicken and marinated for 5-6 hours in a refrigerator..
- Heat the oil in a nonstick grilled pan and add the marinated chicken one by one and cook in a one side for 5-6 min until almost done..
- Baste chicken with a little butter brush and cook another side for 5-6 min until done. Again butter brush on the another side..
- Remove the chicken and set aside & mixed the remaining lime juice over the chicken. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges..
