Whosayna’s Seekh Kebab Wraps step by step

  1. Arabian Roti: Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot water.
  2. Then knead well till dough is soft.
  3. Let it rise till it's double in size.
  4. Punch back make small balls, roll each into roti.
  5. Can either use ghee to apply or keep it dry.
  6. Seekh Kebabs: Blend together yogurt, coriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, all spices, salt and oil.
