- Peel/wash and cuts your onion,bell peppers,potatoe,carrots,beef to your desire shape and keep it aside..
- In a bowl add your vegetable oil,all spices,seasoning,curry,thyme,garlic,pepper,beef mix them untill evrything is well combined cover it and place it in a fridge to marinate for like 1hour or more..
- Take your sticks and start arranging everything all together,your bell peppers,carrot,onion,potatoe,and your beef,then rub a little oil on it and put them into your heated oven to grill for like 25minutes.ensure to turn it bit by bit before its done..
- Serve it with any chill drink wen it’s done.but mine is with samosa,springrolls...🤤🤤🤤.
