- Buns: Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot water, then knead well till dough is soft and lost elasticity. Let it rise till it's double in size. Punch back make 10-12 portions, roll each into rough rectangular and fold tightly like swissroll Flatten it and lay the open side on cornmeal sprinkled tray, make all the others in same manner.
