- For making kebab,Cut paneer or cottage cheese horizontally into desired length..
- Marinate paneer with 1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp Red chilli powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,lemon juice, salt to taste; keep for 10 minutes..

- For gravy,heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds, roughly sliced ginger, garlic cloves and fry it for couple of minutes..

- For extra flavour, now heat ghee in a pan,add onion and green bell pepper cubes,saute it in high flame for a minute..
- Add the smooth masala paste,cook it for 5-6 mins.
- Add roasted dried Fenugreek leaves, cook for a minute..
- Lastly add freshly chopped coriander leaves,mix it and put off the flame..
- For serving,pour gravy on the serving plate and then only put kebab on it..
- Serve hot with pulao, roti or paratha and enjoy..
