  1. Firstly boil the potatoes peel it and grate it and keep aside.
  2. Now grind the idlis in a mixer just give 1-2 rounds keep aside.
  3. Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute onion and ginger garlic paste for a 2-3 mins..
  4. Add all the dry spices and cook for a min..
  5. Now add the grated carrot potatoes and churned idlis.
  6. Mix it well cook for 3-4 mins Off the flame add coriander leaves mix it well and let it cool..
