- You need of boneless chicken cubes.
- You need of Fresh Cream.
- You need of Grated Cheese.
- It's of Ginger/Garlic paste.

Chicken Cheese Malai Kebab step by step
- Wash and dry the chicken cubes. Marinate the chicken pcs with ginger/garlic paste, cashew paste, salt and pepper, fresh cream and cheese. Mix properly and keep aside for 5 to 6 hours..
- After 5 to 6 hours take the chicken mix again in a big bowl, and make a centre in the middle of the chicken. Now take a charcoal, burn it red on the gas,and place the charcoal in a steel container. Place the steel container in the middle of the chicken and add ghee on top of the charcoal. When the smoke comes, cover immediately with a tight lid. Keep covered for 30 minutes. Make sure the smoke does not come out. This will give a restaurant style kebab smell..
- Wet the skewers in the water for 1/2 an hr. Now take a single skewer and put the chicken pcs in it.Put the masala too.Make all the skewers in this manner. Cover the chicken pcs, with all the masalas. Now brush with ghee on all the sides..
- Take a nonstick tawa, brush with ghee. Now place the skewers on the tawa, and keep the flame low. Turn slowly sometimes, so that they don't get burnt. If required add ghee. Once it's done, take them out on a plate. They should look whitish in colour..
- Now for the plating, take a plate,spread it with lettuce leaves. Put the kebabs on it.Add some salad, and serve it with pudina/dhania chutney. Serve hot..
