  2. It's 1 slice of chicken breast.
  3. You need 1 slice of pork cutlet.
  4. Prepare 6 each of shrimp.
  5. Prepare 1 medium of onion.

  7. You need 1 medium of bellpepper.
  8. It's 1 pinch of barbeque seasoning.
  9. You need 1 pinch of salt and pepper.

Tasty Shish Kebabs instructions

  1. Prepare grill. 345°F should be the right temp, but if using charcoal grill make sure all coals are gray in color..
  2. cut all ingredients into 1 inch squares (or as big as you think necessary)..
  3. Marinade steak and pork in barbeque seasoning of choice. I also rubbed the veggies in this mixture..
  4. marinade chicken in chicken seasoning if choice (I used teriyaki). and I simply put a little salt and pepper on the shrimp so I wouldn't take away their flavor..
  5. After letting everything sit in the seasoning while waiting for the grill to heat, (took ours about half an hour) you put the ingredients on your kebab in any alternating pattern you find to be tastiest..
  6. Once grill is hot enough, put shish kebabs on the grill and cook each side for about 10 mins on each side, do this for 2 turns..
  7. Once everything is cooked. Sit back and enjoy! To make more simply double to your needs..
  8. NOTE: we have one of the cheap charcoal grills, cooking times may vary. if using a high speed growl, you may only need to cook on each side once instead of twice, also I would suggest preparing ingredients before you start your grill..
