Ingredients of Saladin Kebabs
- Prepare 500 g of bread.
- Prepare 2 tins of saladin.
- You need 2 of carrots grated.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garlic.
- You need of Parsley.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of bicarbonate.
- It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric.
- You need 2 of medium size eggs.
- Prepare of Cooking Oil.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of milk.
- It's 1 of medium Green pepper.
- You need 1/2 of flour.
Saladin Kebabs step by step
- Put the bread in a small plastic basin and keep adding milk while kneading to form a dough.
- Add grated carrots, parsley, onions, garlic, turmeric, salt, bicarbonate and keep kneading.
- Add salidine to the mixture and salt to taste and keep kneading.
- If it sticks on your hand add flour till it's not sticking on your hands(I prefer using Atta).
- Cut small pieces of the dough using your hand and roll then to form that shape with your palm.
- Dust the a tray where you will arrange them with flour so that they dont stick on the surface.
- Beat the two eggs in a separate plate..
- Add cooking oil in your pan (shallow fry)and heat it till it's hot.
- Dip the raw kebabs in eggs and then put them to the pan fry them till brown.
- 10. Serve them hot (optional add lemon to taste 😉🤤).
