Ingredients of Dahi Kebab
- You need 1 cup of Hung Curd.
- You need 1/2 cup of Onions.
- It's 1/4 cup of Capsicum.
- You need 1/4 cup of Carrot.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Cabbage.
- It's 4-5 tbsp of Cornflour.
- It's 1 tbsp of Green chillies.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Black pepper.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
Dahi Kebab instructions
- Take a bowl and add hung curd to it and whisk it well so that it should not leave water from it..
- Now add all the chopped vegetables, spices and salt to it quickly and mix it well..
- If you feel the mixture is slightly thick you can add a small amount of cornflour to it for binding..
- Note that cornflour is avoidable. If you require then only you add otherwise ignore it..
- Now mix all the ingredients so well that it should be in thick form..
- Now take a plate and make small balls of the mixture and coat it in cornflour. Coat both sides of it..
- Now take a pan and heat oil in it..
- Add the balls to it and deep fry it. You can also make it in a round shape or flat shape..
- After 1minute turn it to another side..
- Serve it hot with chutneys..
- Note: All the vegetables should be finely chopped.
