- Now take a plate and make small balls of the mixture and coat it in cornflour. Coat both sides of it..
- Now take a pan and heat oil in it..
- Add the balls to it and deep fry it. You can also make it in a round shape or flat shape..
- After 1minute turn it to another side..
- Serve it hot with chutneys..
- Note: All the vegetables should be finely chopped.
