  1. You need 500 g of bread.
  2. Prepare 2 tins of saladin.
  3. It's 2 of carrots grated.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of Garlic.
  5. It's of Parsley.
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of bicarbonate.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric.
  8. It's 2 of medium size eggs.
  9. Prepare of Cooking Oil.
  10. It's to taste of Salt.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of milk.
  12. Prepare 1 of medium Green pepper.
  13. It's 1/2 of flour.

Saladin Kebabs step by step

  1. Put the bread in a small plastic basin and keep adding milk while kneading to form a dough.
  2. Add grated carrots, parsley, onions, garlic, turmeric, salt, bicarbonate and keep kneading.
  3. Add salidine to the mixture and salt to taste and keep kneading.
  4. If it sticks on your hand add flour till it's not sticking on your hands(I prefer using Atta).
  5. Cut small pieces of the dough using your hand and roll then to form that shape with your palm.
  6. Dust the a tray where you will arrange them with flour so that they dont stick on the surface.
  7. Beat the two eggs in a separate plate..
  8. Add cooking oil in your pan (shallow fry)and heat it till it's hot.
  9. Dip the raw kebabs in eggs and then put them to the pan fry them till brown.
  10. 10. Serve them hot (optional add lemon to taste 😉🤤).
